Ramsey Golf and Country Club
As a 2nd generation and current resident member of Ramsey Golf & Country Club, Kristin Graves knows the community from the inside. A former Club board member and active golf and paddle member, she has firsthand knowledge of what makes RGCC such a special place to live and has sold over 75 Ramsey Golf and Country Club homes to date.
Located in Ramsey, NJ, the Club is a unique community of approximately 550 homes built around a private 18-hole golf course. Amenities include golf, paddle and pickleball, a spectacular pool complex, private lakes and a beautiful clubhouse overlooking the course. The clubhouse is also home to Rare Bird, along with a lively bar, members lounge and spaces for everything from casual get-togethers to weddings and large celebrations.
But RGCC is about much more than the amenities. It really is a community within a community. There’s always something going on—Lobsterfest, trivia and comedy nights, Sounds of Summer, golf tournaments, paddle matches and holiday parties. Kids grow up swimming on the swim team, playing junior golf, fishing and kayaking on the lake, sledding on the 14th fairway and waiting for Santa to arrive at the annual tree lighting—on a golf cart, of course.
Some of the best traditions happen outside the clubhouse. On December 24th, luminaries glow throughout the neighborhood, and on the Fourth of July, families and friends gather on the fairway to watch Ramsey’s fireworks. It’s the kind of place where you can head out for a quick 9-holes, meet friends for dinner or walk down the street and inevitably run into someone you know.
Perhaps the biggest testament to RGCC is how many people grow up here and eventually come back to raise their own families, Kristin included. For newcomers, Club activities make it remarkably easy to meet people and quickly feel part of the community.
